About the role

We are hiring 3 AI Artists to join our core production team. This is a hands-on creative role: you will generate video shots and scenes with the latest AI video models, keep characters and styles consistent across a project, and work with our directors to turn scripts into finished films, ads and series.

You don't need a film degree. What matters is taste, patience and craft — you can look at a generated shot, see exactly what's wrong with it, and know how to fix it. If you've been experimenting with AI video tools and your work stands out, we want to see it.

What you'll do

Generate video shots and scenes from scripts and storyboards using AI video tools
Maintain character, style and scene consistency across a full project
Iterate quickly on director feedback — reframe, relight, regenerate
Build and maintain reference libraries (characters, locations, looks)
Stay on top of new AI video models and bring the best ones into our pipeline

What we're looking for

A portfolio of AI-generated video or strong visual work (this matters most)
Working knowledge of at least 2–3 AI video/image tools
A good eye for composition, lighting and continuity
Basic editing skills (any NLE — Premiere, Resolve, CapCut)
Able to take feedback fast and iterate without ego
